Problem
Al-Fallata Travels and Tours LTD needed a credible digital presence to promote its recruitment, overseas employment, travel, visa-assistance, Hajj and Umrah, and flight-booking services. The business needed a website that would communicate its services clearly, support job-seeking candidates, improve online discoverability, and build trust with prospective customers.
Business Context
I designed and launched the company website in 2023, structuring its recruitment and travel services into clear customer journeys. The platform supported job listings, talent-pool registration, candidate enquiries, travel-service awareness, and contact pathways for people pursuing international employment and travel opportunities. In early 2025, the company engaged me to establish and manage its SEO foundation and strengthen its local visibility through Google Business Profile optimization. The website presents services including recruitment, travel documentation, visa support, flight bookings, and pilgrimage travel.
